It is a systemic and integrative approach to personal health and well-being, aimed at decreasing the risk of occupational diseases, improving daily personal productivity and vitality.
The uniqueness of the approach lies in the integration of the millennial knowledge of bio-natural disciplines and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) with mentoring and coaching paths through the interweaving of body treatments and the integration of exercises into everyday life.
